Severance and Salary Negotiation
This is an area nearly everyone is uncomfortable with. However if you do not negotiate you are leaving money and benefits “on the table.”
My approach is non-confrontational. I basically “hold your hand” through the process. The goal is simply to maximize your severance package or your salary.
